RETURNS-REFUND POLICY :

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) bought, you can claim a full refund within 14 days of purchase-if items are in saleable condition*. You will have to pay for return postage of item(s).               

PROCESSING REFUND: Please use the "contact" link on the site if you want us to process a refund.  Your full refund will be processed after the returned item (s) have been checked by our team to make sure that item (s) are of saleable condition*.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive damage or defective item (s), please contact us immediately via the "contact" link on website stating your name, delivery address, item (s) bought and defects with the item.  On receiving the item (s), and establishment of defect and/or damage, a full refund or exchange will be processed.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange item (s) within 14 days of purchase provided that they are in saleable condition*.  You can exchange the item for a different colour or size.  You can also exchange item for different product with the same or lower price than the original item.  We will refund any difference in price in this case.

We can't exchange items for higher value orders.  If the item you requested isn't in stock we will refund you and send you an email to let you know.

Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of receiving goods back.

Please note you will have to pay return postage for exchanges.

*SALEABLE CONDITION- To be determined by us. Normally would mean no rips, tears, stains etc. (LIST IS NON EXHAUSTIVE)

All items are your responsibility until they reach us.  We therefore recommend that you use a tracked service or obtain a proof of service when sending items to us.  All returns/exchanges should be sent to the address below.
